5. Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management related laws and regulations, proficient in financial management software and office systems

1. More than ten years of experience in quality management in mechanical factories, including more than five years of work experience in quality supervisor or quality engineer.
2. Familiar with ISO9000 or similar quality management system, master the work content related to non-destructive testing, and be familiar with the inspection and testing methods of mechanical products.

More than 5 years of production management experience in machinery factories, able to formulate production plans according to order requirements, arrange production tasks, and be proficient in 5S management on production sites.

1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with national and local laws, regulations and policies;
2. Have a systematic understanding of human resources management model and accumulated practical experience, have advanced human resources concepts, organize the formulation and optimization of compensation and benefits management methods; work experience in traditional manufacturing industry is preferred
